Overview
All Checking accounts come with Online Banking, Online Bill Pay, and Mobile Banking.
Our online banking service allows you to check balances, transfer funds, make loan payments, view statements, and more. All at your convenience. You can even receive email notifications to inform you when your statement is available to be viewed online.
Bill Pay is FREE and automatically included once you are signed up for online banking.
Mobile Banking on any phone with internet access allows you to securely: view your account balances, view your most recent transactions, pay bills, transfer funds between accounts, make loan payments, and find a Waypoint Bank ATM or bank location.

Free Checking
Waypoint Bank believes banks with free checking should be the standard. With Free Checking, you will never have to pay a monthly service charge again. This personal checking account also boasts great benefits such as a free debit card or free box of checks.
Smart-Start Checking
Smart-Start checking is for students, ages 16–24. Students are provided with certain benefits, such as a low opening balance, free checks, and free debit cards. Waypoint Bank does not charge Smart-Start account holders with ATM fees, but owners of other ATM’s may. We make your banking easy, so you can focus on your studies. Waypoint’s Investment Plus account is a limited-debit, high-interest checking account. It offers tiered interest rates as the more money you have in the account, the higher your interest rate.
