The delicious smell of barbecue permeated the air outside of Waypoint Bank for Burgers, Brats and Brews. The special customer appreciation event was held on June 15, 2023, in the Waypoint Bank parking lot at 2900 S. College Avenue in Fort Collins.
“Waypoint Bank is celebrating the 140th year of our charter and we wanted to do something special that involved the community – the foundation of our business,” said David Besch, Northern Colorado Market Manager for Waypoint Bank.
The event served to give back to both customers and the community. Waypoint Bank invited customers to join them for a fun, two-hour event that included free food and drinks from the Tap Truck Fort Collins mobile truck. It was an evening to enjoy without any agenda, meetings or calls to return! The event also served to collect donations for House of Neighborly Service. Representatives from House of Neighborly Service were on site to share their mission which is providing tools and resources to help at-risk families, children, youth and seniors get out of crisis and back into self-reliance. Waypoint Bank matched all donations for a total of $1,000 for House of Neighborly Service.
“Waypoint Bank has been a longtime partner of House of Neighborly Service,” said Robert Lucia, Colorado Market President for Waypoint Bank. “With the help of our clients, we’re thrilled that we were able to raise $1,000 at this barbecue.”
