As we approach International Women’s Day on March 8, we want to applaud the women who contribute their skills and talents to help shape Waypoint Bank’s service and relationships with clients. We are proud to recognize that nearly half (46%) of Waypoint Bank’s leadership staff is made up of females. Women play a big part in Waypoint Bank’s operations, helping us to excel and filling critical roles including Branch President, Vice President, Compliance Officer, BSA Officer, and more.

This year’s theme for International Women’s Day is #embraceequity. Equity recognizes that each person has different circumstances, and allocates the resources and opportunities needed to reach an equal outcome.
