We’ve recently learned that our Cozad branch Thanksgiving giveaway was compromised by a hacker. If you received a message claiming you won, please know that it wasn’t from us. A fake profile was created, along with a fraudulent website, attempting to mislead participants. We take the security of our giveaways very seriously and want to ensure everyone stays safe and informed.

We want to be clear: We will never ask you to click on a link or visit a website to claim a prize. Our official winners will always be contacted directly from our verified business page or by phone. If you were selected as a winner, you can expect a direct and secure message from us, not a third-party website.

We’re still going to announce the official winner next week, so stay tuned! Thank you to everyone who entered, and we truly appreciate your participation. Your responses were eye-opening! We learned that sweet potatoes are a polarizing dish (many of you aren’t fans), and even more surprising—some of you don’t even like turkey!
