Our own Tim Sladek was applauded earlier this month by his peers at the Nebraska Bankers Association annual convention.
The NBA recognized Tim as one of the bankers who recently completed their term of service with the association’s leadership team. Tim, President and CEO of Waypoint Bank based in Cozad, was thanked for his contributions in his role as chair of the NBA Government Relations Committee.
“I was truly honored to serve on the Government Relations Committee from 2021 to 2025 and chair it for the last year,” Tim shares. “It was thought-provoking and rewarding to review and recommend legislative and regulatory priorities to the NBA Board of Directors.”
The NBA Board of Directors is composed of bankers from across the state who provide strategic guidance and oversight for the association’s advocacy, education, and member services.
