What Is a Digital Wallet?
A digital wallet is a secure app on your smartphone or smartwatch that allows you to store your debit or credit card information. It will enable you to make purchases in stores, apps, and online with just a tap or a scan.
Waypoint Bank now supports:
1. Apple Pay® for iPhones and Apple Watches
2. Google Pay™ for Android phones and smartwatches
3. Samsung Pay® for Samsung devices
How to Add Your Waypoint Bank Debit Card
Apple Pay (iPhone or Apple Watch)
1. Download or open the Wallet app.
2. Tap the + button in the top right.
3. Select ‘Debit’ or ‘Credit Card’ and manually enter your Waypoint Bank card details.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to verify.
5. You’re now ready to pay with your iPhone or Apple Watch!
Google Pay (Android devices)
1. Download or open the Google Wallet app.
2. Tap “Add to Wallet” and select “Payment card.”
3. Manually enter your Waypoint Bank debit card information.
4. Verify your identity with a code (sent via text or email).
5. You’re now ready to tap and pay at checkout.
Samsung Pay (Samsung phones or watches)
1. Download or open the Samsung Wallet app.
2. Tap Menu → Cards → Add card.
3. Enter your Waypoint bank debit card details manually.
4. Complete verification steps.
5. You’re now ready to use your Samsung device for payments.
