Customer Service Representative / Teller – Imperial
Title: Full-Time Customer Service Representative / Teller
The individual would be responsible for conducting efficient and accurate transactions for our customers while maintaining an engaging and positive customer experience. Primary job functions and responsibilities include:
• Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the bank providing exceptional customer service
• Handle customer’s cash and deposit transactions in an efficient and professional manner including balancing, proof work, handle official checks, and other duties
• Open and maintain customer deposit and savings accounts and assist customers with all bank technologies and services
• Scan and file documentation as necessary
• Other duties assigned by Waypoint Bank management
This individual will ideally possess prior retail/customer service experience, have attention to detail and an ability to multi-task, and have strong communication skills. This position offers a competitive salary and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401k.
