Joshua Alcantar is not your typical Commercial Banker. Behind the crisp suits and polished demeanor lives a passionate soul, with a love of music and community. Originally from Northern California, Josh found his way to Windsor, CO over a decade ago, and found his calling in singing and banking. 
Josh’s passion lies in volunteering, particularly at local churches. He and his wife, Michele, have voices from the heavens and enjoy spreading joy through their harmonies. For Josh, volunteering isn’t just about giving back—it’s about sharing his love for music and bringing people together. “It’s my creative outlet. I am able to sing freely, joyfully, and loudly.” Josh is a classically trained operatic tenor, and loves bringing others joy with his gifted voice.
Josh was a 23-24 Leadership Fort Collins graduate where he worked on a volunteer project with a group of others. They organized a product drive where they collected feminine hygiene products to donate to immigrant and newcomer women in Northern Colorado. Josh was also a volunteer baseball coach for many years with Windsor Parks and Rec, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He finds great joy watching his son, Judah, play for the Resurrection Christian High School baseball 14U feeder team.
